XFEL Project Office at Desy
The XFEL Project Office XPO @Desy provides:
- support of the project management in planning and controlling of the project
- coordination of the the project internal reporting
- coordination of the project reporting to external partners and funding agencies
- support of the cost planning and financial tracking for the entire project structure
- support of the work package leaders and planning and reporting issues
- customization and maintenance of the XFEL project management system (MSPE4XFEL) @Desy
- maintain a consistent project plan for the XFEL across all work packages
