             The XFEL Technical Coordination (TC) acts as the Prime Systems Integrator for the XFEL Facility Construction Project.

Technical Coordination Meeting


Purpose:

The idea of the Wednesday TC meeting is, to provide information on what is going on in the project, to present technical issues from the work packages, report from the Project Board, prepare for decisions and give status reports on what was going on. Open issues are followed, work is being coordinated and questions and new issues are collected when they come up. Therefore it is advisable that each Work package is represented via one delegate who has the competence to speak and decide for his WP
