MSPE (Microsoft Project Enterprise)

MSPE is used in the XFEL project as the central distributed project management system to keep track of schedules, resource usage, investment planning and actual costs.
WP40 has planed and coordinated the implementation of MSPE for the XFEL. The implementation was a collaborative effort of the XPO (XFEL Project Office), the DESY IT group and WP40.
Today XPO is responsible for the MSPE support and first contact for customization and maintenance of the MSPE.
