2. EMV-Status Umbauten im FLASH-Injektorbereich (Herbert Kapitza)

Comments:
========
1. P.Göttlicher reported about our meeting on Aug 2, 2006 with A.Robben (IPP)
   and H.Langer (company Long-IT), where we presented the requirements for a
   cable documentation system from the EMC point of view. Long-IT is supposed
   to work out the specification for such a system, and currently collects the
   requirements of all interested DESY groups. Their plan is to have a pilot
   project started by the end of this year. There was agreement that a new
   software alone will not help, there must also be new ways of working and
   clear responsibilities. H.Langer has an office on site: 24/220, Tel 5488.

   During the discussion it was pointed out that at least for FLASH the current
   situation is not too bad. A cable labelling system exists and almost
   everything is documented by J.Liebing. This must somehow be incorporated in
   a new system.

2. The main purpose of the enclosure is temperature stabilisation, but with
   some modifications it could also serve EMC purposes.
